International Delivery Option

We offer the follow delivery option:
  • Express Delivery (EMS) with Tracking Number (4-8 business days)
  • Standard Delivery with Tracking Number (8-16 business days)
  • Free Shipping to Korea
It is important to note that all orders are shipped from South Korea and it is the customers responsibility to pay for any and all import regulations and taxes that are incurred throughout delivery.
These charges vary depending on the items purchased and it is the customers duty to contact their local customs office for information on current import fees and regulations.
Some items may be delayed if held by customs for additional inspection. KoreanFashionista has no information on specific items awaiting customs inspection. Once an item clears customs, it is handed over to each countries post for delivery. Delivery time depends on the product and the distance to its destination.

Returns

We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return them to us in their original condition within 7 days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

If you return a product to us because you have changed your mind or are unsatisfied with the product you will have to take on any necessary shipping fees. However, if you require to return a product because we have sent you the incorrect item (wrong size, colour, etc.) we will gladly take on the shipping fees.

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. Any shoes returned to koreanfashionista.com must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.
